1044. Ritual marks time

ஆடிப் பிறைதொழுவாள் கைகுவிக்கும் போதறிவாள்ஆடி பலகழிந்த தென்று

Each time she joins her palms before the crescent of Aadi, she knows that many Aadis have gone by.

Aadi is a month of the Tamil calendar; each year its new crescent moon is greeted with joined palms.

1045. The act remakes the actor

செய்வார் செயலென்று தீர்ந்தபின் செய்கையேசெய்வாரைச் செய்யும் வினை

Once an act has become what they do, that act becomes the maker of those who do it.
